Is my turbo oil return bung too low?

I can't seem to find a consistent answer on return bung placement. Higher is probably better, but considering my pan is already welded, is my location ok for return feed?

Thanks!

I would place it up closer to the flange, right now its right in the middle of the sump which should always have oil in it, so it could back up a bit.
