So I just got my Nismo horn button from YAJ. I bought because it looks pretty cool and I've never seen one like it... Have any of you guys seen the same button?

Those are for sure stich meshies. A good indicator is that Rezax are a different amount of holes than these. 36 or 40 iirc.

Can anyone identify these injectors for me? They have JECS on them and I see A46-00 on the top of them. Behind the plug they all have 550 2.. where there are two extra numbers after the two that vary for each. I've seen people say that A46-00 are basically regular injectors for the S14/S13 with like 270 flow rate, but these ones have some different markings on them than normal.

http://imgur.com/uGYiNdy,38ymDAW,o3nFcvR#0

This is also a single hole on the pintle end not a 4 hole.

They honestly look like reupholstered S13 seats. The plastic trim piece looks the same and the overall shape of the seat looks like an S13, just padded up a bit.

Hello everyone, i've had countless amounts of people try to help me figure out what wheels i have but none of them have ever been able to give me a name that matches my wheels to the t.

Alot of the time the name people will give me will look similar but there will be key differences that immediately prove they are different.

They are not real 3 piece wheels, but i still cannot find wheels that are identical to these.

The key searches that come to the closest looking wheels are MAHLE wheels, and bmw mesh bbs wheels.

Some people when they see them think of enkei meshies but they are not. The key difference between these and enkei meshies is that these have the fake allen 3 piece screws around the outer edge of the spokes.

Edit the closest wheel i JUST found is a set of Epsilons but there is still minor differences. not identical but dam near close.

Steel plate on S14 firewall

So I have my S14 head off and found this 1/4" metal plate welded to a bracket and screwed onto the firewall. The screws for the bracket also held an AC line, which I removed. Some theories are a damper for the AC line or an engine deflector in the case of front end collision.
Does anyone with a non-AC S14 have this plate on the firewall?

I was told it was a vibration damper for road noise. I have no idea if that's correct though. Either way it's pointless haha.

It is quite heavy and would like to remove it - but I might think twice if its intended to submarine the engine on a front impact. But I'm old and no longer have delusions of indestructibility.

what ever it is its unique to usdm cars, poss something to do with the KA24
and/or the AC line that was attached to it,
I don't think it would do much if it was solely designed to resist the engine bursting through the bulkhead in a big impact
vibration dampers are a metal block bonded with rubber to another piece/bracket and mostly mounted to the engine/trans/sub frame/diff,
that looks more like a bracket bolted solid to the body than a vibe damper imo

keep in mind cars in the USA have different rules for crash testing and safety than they do in Japan. So just because you dont see something on a JDM vehicle doesn't mean it has nothing to do with crash safety.

I know it sounds ridiculous but I keep remembering my own little crash and how badly it fucked my car up, how the twisted engine was sitting sideways next to me after a 40mph impact. It could have been in my lap.
