SR another sr20det idle problem...

So I been fighting my s13 blacktop sr20det for the past few months. It has been having a bad idle problem on a cold start I have to press the gas down to keep it from stalling when it reaches operating temp it will idle on its own but it is not smooth. while idling my wide band gauge is full lean i have a aem uego gauge. when I unplug the maf sensor the wide band reads full rich and it idles smooth. I know it goes into safe mode can anyone tell me what sensors are disabled in safe mode or what all happens when in safe mode because it runs great in safe mode? I have tried set timing but when i unplug the tps it dies instantly so idk what timing is for sure. Im open for any suggestions.

Stock Sr20det
fmic
walbro 255
hks bov

Things I have tested
maf (1.6v idle)
tps (.4v Idle)
vacuum leaks (found some and fixed them and did not change anything)
O2 (.03v very very lean)
checked ecu codes (55 was the only code I got)

well i have just tested timing and it is dead on. Is there any known way to check the IAC I tried messing with it but it doesn't seem to change my idle is higher then normal at about 1200 rpm and like i said before when I unplug my tps to change the idle speed my car dies so it is hard to set.

I was told the iacv solenoid makes a buzzing noise when it's going out.

Do you have an idler screw that keeps rpm's up at idle? I have the same setup only no bov but I also have no idle screw to hold my rpm's up. The rpm's will stay up after the car is warm. I have yet to figure out why my car goes into this "limp mode" or "safe mode" that you speak of. Please let me know if you can figure out this problem! I have learned that switching ecu's for just 5 minutes and then going back to original ecu fixes my "safe mode" issue only I cannot figure out the cause.
