Identifying KA24DE bolt sizes?

I’m assembling a ka24de, but I can’t find bolt info to put on things like the front cover or timing tensioner. I have ordered a few bolts directly, but some aren’t available from Nissan.

I can’t see anywhere in FSM that shares the sizes of these bolts.

Anyone know of a master reference or if someone has put anything together? I’d really hate to have to pull my engine first just to get some of these bolts. Thanks

I don't know the lengths off the top of my head but i do know the thread pitches
oil pan bolt are m6x1.00
lower timing cover/oil pump: the 3 along the bottom around the oil pump are m6x1.00 and the rest of m8x1.25,
the water pump is m8x1.25
thermostat housing is m6x1.00
the few bolts that go vertical between the HG is m6x1.00
the upper timing is all m8x1.25 that bolts to the head.
distributor hold downs are m6x1.00

I think the best way is to keep an eye on pick and pull salvage yards for a ka engine. From there, you can just pull all the bolts or measure.

You can search forever on the forums and likely won't find a comprehensive list. Idno why Nissan didn't list the size including lengths in the fsm.
