I think we need a couple more forums such as kill stories, and pictures/vids of your car. I know I love reading kill stories, track street, autoX, ect... And everybody loves to look at pictures of 240s and show other people. I think thouse two would do a lot for this forum.

Yeah... I'd love a killstories section, but.
It just seems that everyone on Zilvia and their brother are holier-than-thou anti-racing people. Which is cool, people shouldn't race to 120 on the streets, but 10 or 15 over is acceptable (to me). Anyway.. I think people will complain a lot.
And for pictures section, something will happen. Either a) people will post their car pics, and that section will die, or b) people will abuse the picture section with huge ass pictures.
Anyway.. those are my thoughts on that.

I agree with jeff on the kill section. As for car pics, they are working on the rides section on the main page....... for like a year now

How about a Car detailing page?
Or Rims/tires/brakes?

Or you could do:
-Body/aesthetics (detailing, body kits, etc)
-Footwork (rims, tyres, brakes, suspension)
-Engine (engine... duh... internals/basic peripherals)
-Turbos (technical stuff... sounds more FA-ish, though)
-Chat
-Kills/track/race
-Classifieds

or something to that extent...

while i agree that a kill story board would be fun, i think that the forum needs to limit its size, as the relatively loose/friendly nature and the ease of reading are its main attractions over larger groups [cough]FA[/cough]

tech should involve all of the aforementioned modifications, as well as suggestions and advice

and i cannot wait until the "rides" section is up

I think kill stories should just go in Chat. Not that I'm strongly against street racing or anything, but I'd rather not see this forum have a section made for something illegal.

Also I think a lot of forums have way too many sections.

On a different note, I think we need regional forums, like Mid-west, Southern, etc. I think it would be good for finding and talking to people that are in your area or close to it, so that people can either set up local meets or get together to work on car stuff. I've seen other car forums set up like this and they seem to work very well.

Just my 02.

I think a autox/track/kill section would be a great idea, Also i think a section such as ka tech and an sr tech could be implemented as well.

I've got to disagree. I think less sections is better. Keeping SR, KA, S13, S14, as well as all the other catagories together I think in a way forces people to learn. I probably wouldn't go to a wheel section or SR section if it was seperate because it may not apply to or interest me at that moment. But then I'll probably miss out on some usefull knowledge. Keep them together and I'm more likely to look for the hell of it and who knows what I'll learn.
