Where is a well placed External Wastegate, and how hot does it get? Should it not be too close to the brake booster hose?

When doing a z32 brake swap, can I use the brakes lines of the z32 on my s13 or is it better to buy stainless steel brake lines?

So a local guy is selling a Type X front bumper. It doesn't come with a lip though. I hate the Type X bumpers without a lip. Since I have a Pignose lip in my basement, would that fit on the Type X bumper? I'd get a Type X lip ASAP of course.

Is going from a SOHC Cluster HUD to a SR cluster or DOHC cluster PNP? What is needed? The cluster and harness wiring? Just the cluster?

dont do that to a type x bumper, save up and buy a replica lip for like 150-250

Really I was thinking somewhere around 45 psi. The sticker said 51 psi 1235 lbs max. Also I forgot to mention this is for my daily driver.

You have triangles as daily tires? and you stretched them? well that's your problem right there.

People who stretch normally run higher than normal PSI to keep the tire from debeading. But with those tires you're probably going to die. good luck to you.

Did you even try a search first? There are a lot of these issues posted online.

I don't know anything about stretching tires but I'm pretty sure you don't want to exceed the max recommended tire pressure or a tire blowing up in your face.

Then you aren't really qualified to comment on my answer then are you? If you are gonna run a stretch that crazy a higher psi is "recommended" so they won't de-bead on you.

General insurance question:
I have full coverage insurance and my neighbor f**ked up my car while I was parked. .

Long story short they're most likely going to total my car tomorrow my claims adjuster(has a s13) said they're going to base a price for my car from cars on autotrader, the only one on there is bone stock auto for 8k.

My question is how much would they be paying me to total my car.

I picked up one with all the sensors no shifter for $50. I'd say $150 max. Atleast up here.

Haha trust me I know it's not worth alot just didn't want to post it for say 500$ and have people flame. Also I know 500$ is waaaaay to much for that motor. My friend said to put it up for 100obo guess he wasn't far off.

Thanks guys.

If it's a good running motor 300-400 isn't outside the realm of possibility since it's complete.

As of right now I'm unsure if it even runs because the car didnt come with keys ( dont care it's a drift project, push start button easy solution ) I was told it was siezed, but I was able to rotate the crank 360 degrees so that's bs. Also it had fresh oil and coolant. If I can figure out the wiring tomorrow I am going to attempt to start the car. If it did run I'd hope a guy could get 200 for it complete, 100 for motor 100 for trans. Seems reasonable?
