So I'm gonna be running 18x9.5j-13et front and 18x9.5j+12et rears... I already have decided on running 225/40/18 tires in the rear, but what size tires would I need on the front to fit under stock metal fenders on an S14..? I was thinking 225/40/18 as well. I'm going to be running a lot of camber of course to fit these things... Unless it's fucking impossible to do it, then I'll take off the 25mm spacers I have so that it can be done.

Before anyone asks, reason for the spacers to make it lower offset even though I really don't need it, is because the wide track looks really cool to me. Unless of course taking off the spacers gives me the same look I'm going for, then the obvious solution is to remove them for good.

Why would you want to run 50mm wider track up front when you have less space up front than the rear? You slap those 25mm spacers up front, kiss your full lock good bye. Shits gonna rub all over the place if you're slammed.

i dont know if this makes sense but i have a 18x9.5 +12 up front on my 13 hatch. what offset in 18x9 would make it similar to the fitment of the 9.5 +12? disregarding the tire size.

O-disc if you want the most amount of lip possible but the catch is you have the least amount of brake clearance. T-Disc gives you the most brake clearance but you have the least amount lip. Basically, the more brake clearance you get, the less lip you'll have. You'd need to go to a lower offset to get the same amount of lip.

Just to understand, I'll use a 18x10 VS-XX w/ 112mm lips:
O-disc +7
A-disc +0
R-disc -17
T-disc -22

They are all the same width, same lip amount but the offsets are completely different between the 4 faces.
If you need a T-disc but you need similar offset as the +7 O-disc, you'd need to get +4 or +9 R-disc but instead of getting 112mm lips, you'd only get 87mm.

My Man! Thanks. I looked at that chart but was still not quite sure. I think a nice compromise for brake clearance and lip with a 75mm - 90mm lip would be good, that's still about 3" of lip, and has ability to clear big brakes or Z brakes

17/18x9 +15 fits everything.

I assume that your 18x9.5 +12 either slightly pokes or is mostly flush, right? In back, you will want to come out about another 5mm-10mm. Why not run equal fitment all around and just run a 5mm spacer in back?

18x9 +6 will have the same outer position, 12mm more inner clearance

I highly doubt that you've taken any time or effort to answer your question. "Gonna take some work" is an understatement. S13 and stock fenders? You've got to be trolling.

Sorry, my post was a bit misleading.

I've already hammered all the lips flat in the inner fender as well as pinch welds above the tire. The harness is relocated, and a bit of a roll/pull on the front fenders. I'm curious what size tire I should run, 235/40? I expect its going to rub pretty good so I'll just hammer/torch wherever necessary.

Just for reference, I had a set of O-disk VS-KFs. I had to run atleast 12-13mm spacers to clear Z32/R32 brakes up front. O-disk cleared Z32/R32 rear brakes by literally a hair.

Ok need some help, s14 on coil overs with adjustable rlca, ruca, and toe arms fenders are rolled flat maybe a super slight pull. 10.5j x 18 +20 for rear I want to run a 265/35/18 or would a 255/35/18 fit better? How much pull would I need? To keep camber less than 3*. I tried a 285/30/18 I had laying around and have like over a inch of wheel sticking out

RSRs are comparable to the RT615s in my opinion. They're sticky at first but they lose their grip once they get harder. I think they're lower tier tires compared to the likes of Dunlop Star Specs/IIs, RE-11s, Hankook RS3s, AD08s, and PS2s. Kicker is, those tires are going to be more expensive and harder to find for your size.

Personally, I prefer symetrical threads over assymetrical ones. Gives you the option to flip the tires when/if you get too much camber wear, so I'm partial to Dunlop, RS3 and AD08.

Quick question, is it better to go with a staggered or same width all around?

It really just depends on your preference, your power, and what you're using the car for. RWD cars typically run staggered but I've had both set ups on my car. Same all around is nice for tire rotation IF you use the same size tire too. I currently run staggered. I think it looks cool plus you have more room in the rear to run more width so why not use it.

In other words, it doesn't matter haha

You wont need spacers but you'd still have to roll the fenders and maybe a slight pull if you dont have any camber at all.

hey guys i need some serious help
my current wheels look like this horrible shit:

I believe its a 17x7+40 with 25mm spacers.

If I get some wheels that are 17x9.5/10.5+5, will that look nice on the stock body?

I cant see the picture so I'm not sure if its an S13 or S14. Either way, you can MAKE those wheels fit on stock body. Just a matter of how much fender pulling you want to do, stretch tires and camber. Easier to do on an S14 than an S13.

So I got Weds Kranze LXZ 18x10 (+12) & 18x10.5 (+6) and I am wondering what tire size to you guys recommend. I was thinking of getting some Falken 912's sized 215/35 for the fronts and 225/40 for the rears. What's your guys opinion on this? On a S14 btw. Thanks.

All personal preference. I'm running similar specs on my current Work Equips (18x10 +2 effectively/10.5 +10) and I'm on 225/40 fronts, 235/40 rears.
