s14 5zigen fn01r-c vs Enkei RPF1

Deciding between 17x10 +18 RPF1's or 17x10 +12 FN01R-C's for my S14. Just looking to see what the general opinion is on these wheels. Both are relatively light with the RPF1's trumping the 5zigens by 2-3 lbs a wheel I believe.

I haven't seen the FN's in quite awhile and RPF1's are everywhere. I completely split between these two with 17x9.5 +12 MB battles in the back of my mind lol.

Somewhat old pictures of my car for reference. Since then I crashed at Adams Motorsport Park. The rear bumper is broken and front is a little broken lol.

/\/\/\/\/\/\ thissssssss.
i've had a few sets of rpf1 (17x9.5 +18, 17x10 +18) a set of nt03+m (18x9.5 +27, 18x10.5 +30) and a pair of FN01R (17x9 +15) and by far the nt03 were my favorite. enkei makes some timeless classics that are also super durable and an extremely good value for how cheap they are. FN01 seem to be a workhorse wheel as well. 3 years ago everyone and their mother ran a set at the track.

Nto3 are sweetness. Out of the 2, rpf1's. Battles are becoming so gross. If you get them, might as well throw on a roofrack and rust your hood lol.

you should probably go with some 18x10 rpf1's considering your body kit.

From a purely performance side, the RPF1's are the wheel to go with. The common belief is that for every 4 pounds of unsprung weight lost, it's equal to 20 sprung weight. The only two reasons to choose the FN01R-C wheels is because you prefer the looks and the extra weight, or because they're cheaper.

Serious about track duty or AutoX? Have the dough for the Enkei's? Grab the RPF1's.

Otherwise, the 5Zigens are a good cost alternative.

I am leaning towards more performance sided. So I believe I am more inclined to pick the RPF1's.

Don't need that many wheels lol. I would like to spend that same money on a KA-T instead of another set of wheels.

enkeis better, especially in terms of quality.

Ive had both. FN's are cheap and bend easily. ive bent many.
RPF1s on the other hand are strong and look decent.

lol I really don't :P. Stock KA does not make for tire burning-ness. I can run almost all day at Balcony with no tire swaps on brand new tires

Question: Why is it that no one seems to like RP03's or RP03 type RC's? They're pretty light too... I don't get it.

The RP03 looks good in 17x10, because of the mass amounts of concave. Same with the fno1rcs, only look good in 17x10 (sucks they were discontinued).

I have RPF1 and I love em. light cheap wide

I hope this comment was the reason for ban. RP03s are sexy as hell.

I would do RPF1s. FN01Rs look odd on S14s.

The 5ZIGEN FN01R-C's are much better looking. There's something about skinny spoked wheels like the Enkei RPF1's that I don't like.

Dude, I just saw a guy roll into work on 18x9.5/10.5+15 RPF1's at my work. They were on a 350Z and looked all sorts of badass!

I live in an area where EVERYONE has RPF1's so I've been turned off to them for a while. Seeing them in these aggressive specs changed my mind though lol. IF you go 17x9.5/10+20 I'm sure they'll still look good. They're a classic, and the weight isn't a bad perk either.
