240sx s14 start up problem injectors??

hi, i have a s14 obd2 with a cold start problem. I would have to press the gas pedal down to start the car. When it is cold out, it would take me extra long to start and i can hear the engine trying to catch on but still dont start. I would also hear pops coming from the engine like backfire in the downpipe, then the motor would rock around a bit like it wants to start.
When the engine is warm, and shut off. If i try to start up the car it would start then die quickly. I ALWAYs have to press a lil gas to start the car
Is this a injector problem?? like flooding the engine?

I checked the codes n i only have 2 stored codes that is knocks sensor and car running to rich, i have cleared the codes for 6 months now and havent came up.

I also have this problem where the car rpm would bounce 1 time like a rev limitor and lose a mili second of power usually when i hit a bump on the road. But sometimes on a bad day, my car rpm would bounce around jerking the car violently when i try to take off or just cruisin. But this doesnt occur that much.

I replaced the cap n rotors, spark plug wires, coolant temp sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter, iavc.

I was wondering is my injectors leaking? or is it my knock sensor wire or some kind of wire that is loose?? eletrical problem?? bad ground?? or any ideas?? i have had this problem since i got this car and yes i did search
