1990 Toyota Chaser VIN: GX816286643

Here is a beautiful example of a GX81 Chaser that previously resided in Sapporo, Japan. The exterior has had zero paint work, and the original two-tone paint is very impressive. While the body lines are difficult to appreciate in photos, you can appreciate the width and lowered stance. The old-school Kranze 3-piece wheels are a perfect match for the exterior.

The interior is very clean and tidy, no rips or tears in the upholstery. The carpet, original floor mats, and headliner are all in excellent shape. The factory Pioneer stereo is still present and works great. A/C is ice cold and the auto climate control adds to the sport luxury.

In typical Toyota fashion, the inline-6 revs freely, with great low-end response. The GP exhaust looks fairly new, and has a perfect tone. The W57 transmission is smooth, no grinds, no pop-outs. Brakes feel great with a firm pedal and quiet response. The car tracks straight, and is very rewarding to drive.

While this is a non-1JZ model, it's something that is ready to be enjoyed right away. If you're looking to put some serious power through those rear wheels, a 1J/2J swap is very straight forward, and you have a beautiful slate to work with that is unmolested.

Drivetrain:
1G-FE, 2.0 liter, inline 6-cylinder. W57, 5-speed transmission, rear-wheel drive

Recent service and parts include:
-exterior paint polish
-timing belt replaced at 107,844 (67,011 miles)
-A/C converted to R134a and leak tested. (43*F vent temp)
-10W-30 Castrol GTX oil change
-new OEM Toyota oil filter
-new OEM Toyota air filter
-new Denso K16R-U11 spark plugs
-brake and clutch fluids, flushed and bled with DOT3 fluid
-new Dixcel Extra Cruise brake pads front and rear
-4-wheel alignment
-speed chime removed from gauge cluster

modifications include:
-Kranze 3-piece mesh wheels (16x8 +38) Manufactured by Weds, aka WedsSport
-Fortune Auto Coilovers
-GP exhaust
-OEM Toyota Chaser upper seat covers
-OEM Toyota plaid viynl trunk mat
-330mm steering wheel
-Custom wood grain shift knob
-Mirror visors
-OEM window Visors
-JDM light up front license plate
-Front lip and rocker panels paint matched
