Idler Sprocket threads won't hold a helicoil.

I need some opinions. When I bought the car there was a helicoil installed for the idler sprocket. I replaced a head gasket and had to replace it. Worked fine. Now I'm rebuilding the engine and am trying to put a new helicoil in. The problem is there isn't enough threads left in the head to hold the coil! Every time I try to torque the idler bolt down it pulls the coil right out. [emoji20] I even put a bunch of lock tight on the coil and let it dry. I don't want to replace the head because I just had $500 worth of work done on it. Do I have any other options? The only option I can see is taking it to the machine shop where I had the work done at and see if they can put a sleeve or something in. Its a 1997 240sx KA24DE.
