This is our new swap kit for 2JZ-GTE/R154 swap into 240SX S13/S14 chassis. we have developed many different parts for this swap to meet different needs:

1. Engine Mounts
2. R154 Mounts
3. Stock Twin Turbo downpipe and matching complete exhaust system
4. Stock Twin Turbo intercooler kit
5. Single turbo upgrade manifold and downpipe, and matching complete exhaust system
6. Single turbo upgrade intercooler kit
7. Radiator kit

Motor Mount and Transmission Mount:

There are two different R154 mounts that we knew, the bolt pattern are different, we will post more pictures later.

Intercooler Kit for Stock Turbo:

Intercooler:
- Core Size: 24"x12'x3"
- Overall Size: 31"x12"x3"
- 3" Inlet & Outlet
- 3" core, Bar and Plate Design

Piping Kit:
- Mandrel Bent Aluminum Pipe
- 3" Cold Side Pipes
- 2.5" Hot Side Pipes
- Comes with BOV, Silicon Hoses, and T-Bolt Clamps
- Air Intake Pipe with Air Temp Sensor Flange.

Stock Turbo Donwpipe /Exhaust (Complete Turbo Back system), Toyota motors have exhaust on the right hand side, while 240SX has it on the left hand side, so 1j and 2j swap needs to re-do the exhaust completely. there are many 240sx owners already changed their exhaust to aftermarket ones. we have taken this into consideration and developed exhaust system that you can keep what you have. we make a new mid pipe the flips to the right hand side the chassis, so that you can keep the last piece of the exhaust (the one piece with muffler) if you want.

This looks quality, I've been debating building a 2j S14 after I finish my 2j FD. You guys this looks like a fantastic kit! You make a good kit for an FD I'm sure plenty of people would flock no doubt.

we use the same radiator for the SR20, which has the top outlet on the left side. part # is

RAD-S14-12JZ-2FAN-KIT-BLS.

we offer 2 row or 3 row radiator, with 3 row, the space is limit, closer to the engine where the radiator hose and intercooler hose are against each other a little bit, but not a big deal.

if you already have a SR radiator, we offer just the radiator pipe as well.

for the TB bracket, we don't have it yet, but we will develop one later and offer it. probably another 2-3 months we will have it.

I see that everyone goes with the R154 transmission, but do you know if the A340E fits in a S14 and do you guys plan on offering this mount in the future?

@cx racing-make more parts for us, misc stuff like mike said throttle cable brackets for s13/s15. to name a few, ac delete brackets for ppl not wanting ac on their cars, clutch line kit or even ps lines, custom coilpack covers, pulley kit, single turbo lines just some of the parts we need.

- Throttle cable + Bracket for Stock IM or aftermarket IM (biggest problem with the swap, you can make the stock line work but it looks terrible)
- s13/s14 2jz AC Lines (many just ditch AC but I plan to keep AC in my 2j vert)

ill be calling you guys today about the piping - any chance you could just shoot me a guesstimate on what the cost would be for the piping only? Top mount 2jz S13

Interested in your top mount DP and crossover mid pipe. Would you offer these pieces separately without the muffler? I have a 1j, and need a DP and mid pipe only, 1j/2j seem really close to each other.
