2 Mins seems like an eternity when there are multiple stupid threads about. I would suggest 1 min, or a 1:30 at most

Are you referring to how often you can report threads?

I was unaware there was a time limit on that.

Yes I am, when reporting threads there is a 2 min time limit after each thread is reported
