bmw m3 or r33 skyline

me and my friend were talking about this. now you have to keep it and cannt trade it in, so would you rather drive a r33 skyline gtr vpec or a 2001 bmw m3......personally m3 are alight but im taking the skyline, it would be the only chance ill ever come close to getting one...lol...

if they both had to stay stock M3 in a heartbeat. If i had an extra 20 or 30 grand to dump in the cars, skyline.

i'm going thru the same dillema. e46 m3 or R32 GTR. aftermarket parts for both cars r expensive. but one is new while the other is well used. depends how hardcore you are.

well the m3 is great, but i think it will cost much more when problems occur. I'd sell it and get a R32 myself and a grip of money left over or other stuff like maybe a S14 daily driver hehe.

Hard to justify spending 15k or so more on a skyline than people pay in Japan, so I don't think it's worth it. Get the M3.

great if you like drag racing. The M series is built with one thing in mind>balance. They try to build a good balance of power, braking, and handling. Why would you go and shit on that just to have a v-8 in ther

and e30's came with 200hp 4-cylinder 2.3L? the EVO series had 240hp 4-cylinders. 4 to 8 cylinder=ruined

The main swap for E30's is SR20det's. Just type in " e30 sr20det" in google and you'll see they have conversion kits. I want to find a e30 m3 chasie and drop my sr in, and start tuning. mmmm. 500hp E30 M3.

Westborough, some M3 touring cars sport M5 engines. The porsche guys were complaining. Suspension tuning and weight placement can balance stuff out for sure.

If I could just barely afford to own it, M3. If I had a TON of disposable income and spending way, WAY too much money on a car wouldn't hurt me, R33.

It's very tempting to go the M3, but I am gonna have to go with the R33 GTR V-Spec. I just love the sound of the RB's. But yes, If i could, i'd go E30 RB26 heh

How about no? e30s are nose-heavy as it is, let's just increase the problem! Hooray!

e30 doesn't need more than ~200whp, preferably from a 2.5L inline four.

Not the e30 M3s. There have been E36s and E46s which have, though. The S62 was actually used in quite a few racecars, as was a completely custom V8.
