First post: ECU relay on WS harness

Ive got a s15 sr20det wired into a s13. Plugged everything up and once i hook up the battery nothing happenes but the relay starts clicking. No lights just the relay clicking any advice would help. I searched everywhere before creating this thread and the locals aren't so helpful.

Im still checking. I unplugged the ecu. Clicking stopped. But still no dash lights. Plugged back in clicking started again. Now going thru the wiring specialties documents for the hundredth time today. I have allot of experience with other cars. But this just has me blown away

Success. i grounded all over with my grounding kit. Now when i touched one spot i got power. Unfortunately previous owner painted the bay in a horrible paint covering everything. So it took a day to find this ground by mistake. None of the other ground s apparently did the job
