Try doing this and see if that takes care of the problem

I had to reset my airbag light after removing the steering wheel / and airbag - so airbag/sensors/wiring was and is in working order.
Since your airbag light came on without you doing anything I would recommend having it checked.

Got this from the nicoclub:

"First of all, while this can be attributable to a bad air bag sensor, it's best to run this past a dealer first. If you're certain it's not an airbag issue, and you simply want to reset the light (after servicing the airbags or dash)...
Open driver door
Get in
Shut door
Turn ignition to the on position (all the way, but not to start car)
Open door
Reach down with your left hand
Press the door ajar sensor button thing (7) times
Shut door
Start your car.....
This should reset the airbag lamp."

It took me a few tries but I got it. I tried doing the steps slowly and it didn't seem. The last try I did it fast and it worked.

It cant hurt to try it and see. My airbag light was on and blinking because I installed a new steering wheel. It worked for me. Have you check to see if your air bag is connected?

Ill have to do that today i guess, also do you know more exactly where the sensors are located? some people were telling me it might be the harness itself too wich is in the center console area near the back seats is that correct?

Yes it is in the center console area. Also check the plug that plugs in the air bag in the steering wheel. By doing that test you should be able to figure out whats causing your light to come on.

My air bag light stays on still and doesnt blink

Tried checking all the plugs & seem to be fine now come to find out my car was originally auto (could this be the reason why the airbag light stays on), could that be an issue all? this is also what i found on my center console area. correct me if im wrong but the plug im pointing at is that my park neutral plug that connects to the auto shifter & the second pic is part of the auto shifter as well?????????

No. Those plugs were for the automatic shifter. The first one plugs directly into the shifter, I think I illuminated it or something. The second one went to the key hole in your ignition, it was a safety lock to keep the car from starting when it wasn't in park. I did the 5 speed conversion when I did my SR swap. I took the safety lock out and trashed it, and the other plug just stays unpluged. I'm using a Nardi wheel with Splash (Boss) wheel hub, everything was normal for me.

Air bag light flashing

I installed an nrg hub and steering wheel on my s14. Im trying to get the air bag light to stop flashing and i have tried the method using resistors and the reset method . I really dont want to take off the bulb from the cluster . Has anyone done it a different way? Or what else can i try to do
