SD 2004 E46 M3 Convertible LSX/T56 project on Air ride

Up for sale is my E46 M3 project. I have been going back and forth trying to sell this car and then deciding to build it and back again for a year.
With my businesses and new house build I have ZERO time to finish this project. After multiple weekends when you say "I will do X,Y,Z" and you don't get anything done, it is time to let it go.

Issues:

- Top only moves a few inches. Have not tried to fix it as I have been using it manually. Has a small tear on the driver side interior. DOES NOT LEAK
- Mirrors have some scratches
- Both rear fenders above the rear tires have some paint wore off from some mis-placed straps that rubbed on the paint.
