s13 s13 sr20det ECU wiring

Hey there all so I recently pulled my dash to fix my stupid heater. When I put it back and drove my car has been running poorly. Almost as if it was going to stall out. Oil pressure down ect. Well I've been looking around for some information and I am terrible at wiring. But I noticed on my ECU that a few wires looked as if they had been pulled out. When I went to see if they matched most were different colors. I am wondering if its suppose to be like this or if this is what is causing my car to run like shit.
Thanks for your time!
