S14 Restore/Build/RB25

Not really sure why i named it project sephiroth. I guess because he is the Japanese Legend from the FF7 game i loved soo much growing up. As was the nissan skyline. Always wanted one just cant here, unless you pay stupid money or its illegal.

Anyway, I have over 700 pics and counting as i have finally decided to post my progress. I bought this car from CL in January of this year.
Goal = To build a car worthy of an import magazine. Clean and Fast
Every single bit of this car i have done with my own 2 hands. I enjoy the pride of being able to say "I did it myself"!

And so without further gilding the lily and with no more adieu, I give to you....

Bought as a rolling shell. No engine or trans. Staight body lines and clean with no rust. 4 lug

Man...the amount of work just in the interior alone is amazing. What kind of seats are those btw? I can definitely see this as great potential. I'm anticipating more pics from your build.

harness and intake off. Will get and engine stand once i separate the tranny from engine

Goal was to build up to 470-500hp, however just learned that my wife is pregnant with our very first child! hoping for a boy!!!
cant wait.
Soooo. in order to help prepare for the little one i will be limiting the engine to stock turbo, but still all the goodies to do a proper swap and a clean swap! goal will still be to push the most from stock turbo
i have about 1600 worth on order and should be here soon!
then body kit and rims!

aww you stopped at the best part.

your interior trim skills need a bit more honing, but i guess that's how far you can go without professional equipment (a sewing machine etc)...still, good job, for doing it all yourself.

Agreed. I contemplated either having someone doing the upholstery or buying a sewing machine. But I wanted more focus on the engine!

I really appreciate that, however I am going to find a cool nismo plate to put in that spot. You are right it looks odd blank. I'm hoping to find an emblem or badge thats the right size to fill that spot

that carbon vinyl you used is gonna look like shit after it heats up in the engine bay. it will curl up and become brittle. i suggest you remove it and paint instead.
