true on the paint but i want it to be different so i went for the 370z blue, reason why the wheel wells are blue is because of over spray although now they are black. working on getting some better looking shoes down the road.

haha. I was thinking the same thing. He didn't mention one thing about replacing his "failed" brakes.

Good luck on the recovery. WHy would you want to pay out of pocket? Do you have a high deductible or something?

he's saying he doesn't want to report it to insurance to raise his rates. so he's paying out of pocket for the other guy.... i think*?

unless he's paying out of pocket for his own damages which probably makes sense.... if his deductible is 500+ because those parts can easily be had for less than 500$

The break booster was barely tightened down, ABS = sucks. ive only owned the car for a month or so, never correctly looked that over, so when i say my breaks failed, i mean i failed at making sure my breaks were working correctly.
I mean its called an accident for a reason, i dont mind saying i rolled into someone. but i smashed the break and it BARELY locked up.

And im young, so if i have to go through insurance its going to skyrocket. which is why im paying out of pocket for my car and the guy i rolled into.

I personally don't really like ABS... This also reminds me, I have to double check my braking system in the spring, and bleed the fluid. Anyone got any brake fluid they'd recommend for a daily/street/track car?

Id probly just use DOT3/DOT4. Thats just me though

The brand of the fluid wouldn't matter? I'll probably use DOT3/DOT4. Just not sure on brand.

Racing fluids generally have a higher boiling point, stick with the normal DOT 3 stuff unless you are boiling it over during hard braking.

370Z blue is nice, but you need nicer aero and wheels and stuff like that in my opinion, and I am in the process of removing my abs system, it is such a pain in the ass. So hard to get to stuff on that side of the motor, made my last maintenance job a major biotch.

215.35r18x9 -12 and 225.40r18x10 -26 (25mm spacer all around..i like the wide look)

and you can spin 18's on stock ka...just up the psi a bit.

are the lips about.. a little less than an inch short on each side of the bumper?
