Im new to S chassis and sr's and japanese cars. Previously owned an bmw e30. So i went out found an sr20de for 500 bucks on offer up drove like 4 hours to meet him. Bought the engine took it home assuming it was a rwd drive sr. Had made it clear buidling an s13 obviously not a fwd car. But just bought a trans and a det block and things dont seem to be the same at all. The valve cover looks like its off of a infiniti g20 fwd. The de block i have its not the same as the det block i have. The de block has mounting point for the starter the det block doesnt. Just need some help clarifying if its fwd or not?
