S14 KA24DE Auto to manual swap help

Hey folks!

I've got a '97 S14 that I recently swapped from an auto to an S14 manual and the car isn't starting. The car has the stock USDM KA24DE.

I've been following this guide from clubNico - https://www.nicoclub.com/archives/24...-tutorial.html

In addition to the trans, I also replaced the starter and alternator.

I AM running the auto ECU for now.

I also picked up this wiring harness to avoid having to do my own wiring - https://www.wiringspecialties.com/s1...ss-oem-series/ with the Auto-to-manual swap option selected.

The car turns over and gets fuel (I can watch the front serpentine belt spin as someone tries to turn it over and pulled the gas line at the filter and saw fuel running).

The codes I'm getting from a SnapOn Ethos Pro are
- P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor
- P0115 Low Coolant (this is just because I've got 1 of the 2 gallons of antifreeze in it)
- P1760 - Manufacturer Specific (Overrun Clutch Solenoid Valve)
- P0740 - Torque Converter Clutch Circuit/Open
- P0745 - Pressure Control Solenoid "A"

I'm thinking it's the P0340 and that should just be a distributor cap replacement, correct? Should I also get the crank sensor on the bellhousing as well?

Any help/ideas would be appreciated!
