"Can Use Custom Title " is this what you're referring to? and does the custom title end when the premie year mark ends??

Also on a side note, how come I never got a notice when my premie ended? I lost track of time

We don't have a notice system.

You can track it under "Paid Subscriptions" in you User CP.
