Arrow poor mans v8 swap 240sx FS/FT

I have been debating selling this for the last 6months. I would prefer trading for a built s13 (meaning not stock suspension unless your engine is a rb25, 1jz or something to that extent). or a very clean s14.
Open to other trade offers or partial trade with cash to me.

located in yuba city, ca, 95993.

1989 240sx coupe. Clean title, 129k miles but odometer/speedometer doesnt work since the motor swap. Motor swap was done about a year ago, new clutch, pressure plate and flywheel, engine is a 98 ford explorer 5.0 that had 70k miles on it when swapped, using 91 mustang t5 manual transmission with short shifter and ecu, aftermarket intake, hydraulic clutch conversion, ford racing headers, 10mm spark plug wires, j30 brakes, 5lug hubs, griffin aluminum radiator, one piece driveshaft, god speed RUCA, tension and traction rods, tein coilovers with camber plates, new rack and pinion, z32 inner and s14 moog outer tie rods with spacers, 17inch 350z rims and some orange and chrome lip 17inch STR rims, Nardia steering wheel, welded differential, power steering and ps cooler, custom kill switch, 350z seats, aftermarket tach. Battery relocated to trunk, Complete interior, hood spacers. Good heater. new power steering pump.

Cons: body damage on rear quarter and dent on front bumper/light area. Straight frame, just had the car aligned, drives straight, No speedometer (needs conversion kit for the t5 to work with the s13). No a/c, car has a bad ground so battery goes dead if not unhooked (that's why there is a nice new kill switch installed).

This car was put together by concept 8 out in Vallejo. Could use a tune since it runs rich. I would have Virgil do it (concept 8) but I live 2.5hrs away from him and these issues don't bother me enough to deal with it. The car runs and drives just fine as it sits.

Price is 4500 or best reasonable offer.

Glws man. Did you use virgils mounts or explorer mounts? I'm just surprised you got the hood to close. (Doing this swap currently)

Virgil's mounts (solid mounts). Hood spacers made it clear the intake but its a tight fit. I will definitely be doing this swap again. Cheap engines and plenty of power to play with

Still open for trades. I'm not in a huge rush since there is a drift event at the end of December that I'm planning on attending but I'd still love to have something new to tinker with or cash.

I'm open to offers. I've had some interest locally but either not enough cash or not the trade offer I want.

I have a toyota corolla, its a 99, 5speed near perfect condition. No dents or rips, feeezing ac, etc. I saw you were interested in a different miata that's why I asked about it. I also have a rhd silvia coupe on works wheels/tien super drifts with a built rb25det if you feel like adding a lot of cash. OR, a 00' vw turbo beetle 5apeed with 85k miles. New clutch, etc. 20v 1.8 turbo premium model sunroof heated seats etc. Everything works.

I will text you later on this week. Yeah i was mostly interested in the miata since it was newer than what I had and I was thinking of trading that locally for another car i was interested in

Depends on how much cash you want on top for the rb 240sx but i am interested in that car...or maybe the corolla (at least to sell since under the table smog type of cars are kinda hard to sell when you want to).

The beetle is pushing it, im really not a fan of those cars.

I'm sure we can work out a deal. The corolla was just smogged and has fresh tags.

What's the oil pan clearance like in comparison with the front subframe? Height wise.

I can take a picture sometime but its almost flush to the lower subframe (maybe a few mm above it but not by much).

The oil pan is concept 8 custom one and it clears everything and they are tough since its taken a fair amount of hits with just a few dents but zero punctures
