my tripodometer and speedo dont read right but my odometer is completely fine

my trip meter reads twice as fast so lets say i drive 8km my trip meter reads 16kms plus my odometer reads 10 more than it should e.g. im driving 80 it would be 70 technically my car was originally auto and was converted but i had no part in the conversion and i bought the car after it was converted unsure of kms and all.

its an s14 sr20det 200sx series 2

my trip odometer and my speedo dont work properly and i have no idea why but im thinking its todo with the auto to manual conversion the trip reads 2x what it should e.g. if i drove 4km the trip would read 8kms plus the speedo reads 10 more than it should e.g. if i was 70 it would technically be 60 i didnt do the auto to man swap and nor do i knowwhen it was done i bought the car that way.
