S13 Quarter Glass; black portion delaminating.
Hello all! This is my first post on Zilvia, and you may have seen me on Facebook a few times. The image is here --> https://imgur.com/a/RLlzYNR
I provided a picture of my 180sx's quarter glass. It seems to me the black portion of the glass is partially peeling or detaching from the window due to heat or excessive moisture. I am having issues finding 180sx glass in good shape. I wanted to see if anyone has prior experience with this issue and if it can be remedied by any means. Thanks! |

Damn thats too bad. Is it both sides? Unfortunately there is no easy way to fix that.. its almost like painted on there rather than a vinyl and any fiddling around will mess up the decal, however there are replacements online...or get a 240sx window and put the 180sx decal over i? What happens when you try to push the delamination back down?

God I cant wait when someone finally decides to reproduce these. Almost snagged a NOS set from Florida but he wouldnt ship. I dont think anyone so far has made anything to fix this issue.

I cant tell what I am looking at but there are many powerful adhesives for automotive glass that could be used with a weight to push and seal things back together> ?
