Question S13 Tranny Crossmember Help!

Hey guys, so I just installed nismo engine and transmission mounts on my s13 with a ka24de and I was trying the get the transmission crossmember in and the bolts just weren't lining up. I used a pry bar and a buddy to help pry it into the right position and I could get 1 bolt in on the driver side and 2 bolts in on the passenger side leaving one bolt missing. I thought my crossmember was just warped so I bought one I knew was straight and sure enough, same story. I can't get all of it to line up and I can't jack the transmission any higher into the transmission tunnel so the tranny mount is somewhat in my way, I have no idea how to get that out of my way if it is. Really my only thought right now is that since I only jacked up the front of my car, my engine might be sliding back a bit putting the mount off center? Any thoughts on that? Anyway I could use any advice you guys have, this is my daily. Thanks!

Did you leave the transmission mount to crossmember bolts loose? Did you leave the engine mounts loose?

Update: Now 2 of the 4 holes are crossthreaded, one of the crossthreaded holes still threaded a bolt, well it threaded it kind of crooked but it still held. The other one however will not take a bolt. I'm really not sure what to do at this point. Am I screwed?
