RB rb25 s1- s13 identify left over plug

ok guys just finishing up my swap and i came across this connector which does not seem to have a mating plug to connect anywhere, 2 pin connector with yellow/blue stripe and yellow/red stripe wires any ideas what this is?

Is your starter hooked up? Looks almost like my starter plug.

yes starter is hooked up, this connector is on the lower harness right by the relay box connectors
