I like those camel tan 350z seats in that s13. I'm interested in what rails you are running as well.

No the rails dont line up actually. But it took a small amount of time and fabrication for it to work.

There are rivets that hold the mounts onto the 350z rails and i had to drill those out which was a real pain in the ass because they are hardened steel or some shit. Those mounts went in the trash can.

Drilled off the mounts from my junk s13 seats.

i mounted the s13 mounts on the floor and then placed the seat in the ideal position and marked where they lined up best.

Welded those bitches on.

Wired up the electronics except for the seat warmers.

I want to actually set those up but too lazy, gotta finish my rb25 build! too much goddamn $

Was it worth it?

YES, they are mad comfortable for everyday driving but still have support when you need it. I just need to get some better seatbelts or somekind of harness you can use without a rollcage.

You said it right though, how about not watching a movie while driving. Or get a portable DVD player for your passenger if you're unable to carry on a conversation.

Why don't the parents also sue Nissan for making the car with a din slot for a dvd player to fit in?

Might as well sue them for making it single din spots also since they have flip outs...

So on Alpine units instead of buying a module you need two switches. One switch has a 12v input and one switch has a ground. The switch with the ground goes to the parking brake input on the alpine head unit. The switch with the 12v input will attach to the brake input on the head unit.

Now how it works, you will flip the 12v switch on, then flip the e brake switch on, after both are on you will flip the 12v switch back off.

This sequence is to make the head unit think you have stopped, engaged the parking brake and then released the foot brake.

I'm going to redo my headliner, and I'm thinking about using suede and can't really think of anything else I'd like to use.
Anyone got more ideas?
