s15 Getting Racing License

Hey guys, I am new to this forum so my apologies if this topic has already been discussed.

I live in the US and obviously the S15 Silvia is not legal here. However, I have talked to some importers about bringing one in for track use only. The main requirement they need is a copy of my racing license.
I am assuming they want an SCCA. I was wondering what you guys have done, or would suggest doing, to get this

I am at the point where I want to get into some higher level stuff and for my next phase drift car, I am wanting to build an almost FD spec S15 (Not wanting to actually compete in FD as of right now)

Thanks in advance

Ps. This is not a question of can I get an S15 in the States. I know the laws there and have talked to importers. I am ONLY wanting to figure out a Racing License
