S13, 300zx NA VLSD, Questions Before Install

Hey everyone I recently acquired a 1991 Nissan 240sx Hatch. The previous owner installed a welded diff in hopes of drifting I assume. I despise it, I use the car as a weekend cruiser and have plans to maybe track it or autocross it in the future.

With these aspirations for the car I decided to pick up a factory VLSD, and was lucky enough to find a 1992 NA 300zx VLSD at a local junkyard. This differential has different output shaft flanges (right word?) than the 240sx as I was expecting. My plan was to get 96+ J30 output shafts but as I now have a distaste for pulling differentials I've decided to just get new axles. The old ones have probably been ravaged by the welded diff anyways.

My searches have pointed me to 93 J30 axles, but when looking at them on part store websites I notice the driver and passenger side are different lengths and it worries me. This is why I didn't get 300zx axles; apparently the passenger side is too long. Everyone says to use J30 axles, but don't specify if I'm using both sides in their corresponding location or something wild like two driver side axles. Yes it's a dumb question, but I'd just like some assurance before spending the money on axles that I'm not 100% sure will work.

While I have everyone's attention, I have a quick question about the front mounts on the differential. The S13 diff seems to either have no bushings or a lot smaller bushings, whereas the Z32 diff has large holes with a bushing. Is this something I should worry about, buy a solid bushing, or just install and forget about?
