Q45 diff questions

I've been researching options for a longer final drive in preparation for a cd swap into my s13. I think the 3.69 will be best for me so I'm looking at 97-01 q45. my axles are 3x2. from what I've found it seems I can use j30 axles with my stock hubs or z33 axles with z32 na rear hubs. is that right?

how about rebuild? these are getting old and some I've seen have over 200k miles on them. can I or should I replace any components to prevent failure?

aftermarket LSDs that fit? are there any?

If you have to rebuild it, just swap the ring and pinion into your S13 housing. Then you don't have to worry about sorting out axles. Just need the pinion seal, pinion bearings, and axle seals. May want to replace the side diff bearings also.
