AZ 2000 bmw 528i slammed trade

trying to see of I can get a nicely swapped s13 or s14 for my e39. I really like this car but I also miss being in a 240.

Cons

Hood has chips
Sunroof inop
Needs 2 front tires ASAP. Rear 75% left
Scratches and dings through body. Nothing crazy
Rr fender has some cracks (bad fender work)
Check engine light on. (timing code I believe but drives normal so never looked into it since I didn't need emissions in my county. )
Tears on driver seat.
Rear cup holder broken (common)
C pillars fabric needs to be re applied.

Sounds like a lot of cons but it's a 2000 and I'm just trying to be as honest as possible about my car.

Price is 5800 or trade for a clean swapped s13 or s14.
