Yes the S13 power steering pump is different from the S14/15.

Still on the hunt for this. I'd take an S14 or S15 setup, but I still would need the S13 PS Pump bracket, that I don't have. =[

If you have one I can rebuild them pretty quickly with new seal kit and OEM Nissan NSK Japan / USA bearings.

You can still use Hicas pump after Hicas is removed completely, you just disable half of the pump.
