i finished the itx build on thrusday. had to downsize my nzxt 140rad/fan aio to a corsair h60 120mm rad/fan. ran memory profile @3200 (i'll adjust timing later) but, no OC on cpu yet.

my son is using it for now, 4790k & asus gryphon w/ armor kit.
i might switch over to TR2 if they release 12nm couple of months and ill hand down this zen itx to him.

i can definetly OC higher but my cpu cooler sucks. 97c after the timespy bench. maybe ill change the thermal grease and low voltage some more.
i did a prime95 blend test . holy jesus the comp shut down cause the temp was sky rocketing . it didn't crash, though.

I am stalking /r/hardwareswap and ebay for a z97 so I can get this 4690K to 4.5ghz.

That is a great itx build. I often where why out of all the color combos why noctua sticks with the ugly brown colors.

this is why..... corsair h60 amd mounting really sucks.

cleaned it all up and dropped kryonaut grizzly paste.
change tighter timings to cas 14 @ 3200
4ghz @ 1.3v
53c avg 65c max while playing squad. ran prime95 , it never hit 70c.

phanteks evolv shift has terrible air flow.

i couldn't boot 3600mhz my actual ram speeds. 3466 has problems booting. so im stuck @ 3200mhz. i haven't tried 3333mhz yet.

updated asrock itx bios 4.40

booting on asrock profile [email protected] 3600mhz
cinebench score 1768.

i tried running amd csm p-state overclock. but, finding the values for the memory timing was confusing. i ended with super loose timings 22T. result was 1725 on cinebench. also P-state OC wont boot with asrock profile.

i ran cinebench after seeing that spike and it crashed. so , no.
it only happens it when im playing squad and i was playing squad for 2hours before that.

it was stable [email protected] 3333mhz with soc offset 70+mV. ran thru everything. i dunno whats going on with squad. but, im back at 3200mhz with 14/14/14/34 soc on auto just to be safe.

Stable on 5ghz but waiting for delid kit cause the temps get hot on stress test

q9650 i want to say i was only able to get it stable at like 3.9ghz

Yeah the drives are in a bad spot, haven't played with it too much. Plan to make some changes to the loop and change drive positions. Have a few ideas brewing.
The coolant is XSPC concentrate I mixed. Its pretty nice.

Its all budget oriented. I had a generic aluminum rad that i swapped for a copper, only got me 2* better cooling. Ebay water pump and res. Amazon raystrom rep waterblock.
