KA Ka24de 89mm CP pistons

Hey guys first of all I have searched google for this for the last 3 hours and couldn't find a decent answer. I have 89mm bore cp pistons that I am thinking about dropping in my engine since I am going Ka24det. When I took the block apart it had very small ridges on the top of 3 cylinders where the piston stops so I honed the block myself and rechecked the cylinder bores they are 89.003 89.02 89.02 89.03. My question is have I honed the block too much to use my 89mm pistons or can I go ahead and start reassembling. Thanks
