F***ing KA is Gay

OK, here is the deal, again!

Changed battery (under warranty, went bad anyway), new fuel injectors, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, new starter, wired a straight power 4 gauge wire directly from battery to starter, grounded starter to body directly, all fuses are good, all other grounds are good, full tank of gas, ignition is good...i thought it was all good after these minor setbacks, but im still confused.

Here are the symptoms:

1. Sometimes starts, sometimes doesn't (sometimes cranks or clicks, depending on its mood)

2. Motor's RPM will "bounce" while at a stop or after I turn it on

3. Car will turn off randomly (unless i drive my automatic like a stick shift and do it all manually)

4. Now it just does not want to start

5. I am tired of this

6. I need to sell my 240sx coupe shell and this motor/trans/ecu/wiring harness combo so I can get my LS1 in here

7. Please Help

8. When will I stop being a "leaky injector", I feel thats insulting

...anyway, any help would be much appreciated. thanks guys

check, maybe a bad ecu check for shorts anywhere in your wiring. theres a bunch of possibilities. it just takes time to go through everything....

Actually as long as its(LS1 in this case) out of a rear wheel drive setup car that was sold in the U.S. anytime after our cars were made it can be made legal. If you do certain things that is. Which a lot of people manage to skip over.

The devil is in the willingness to spend the money and face the referee to get it approved. It can be done though.

though as far as a KA being ...... Its an inanimate object with no sexual orientation whatsoever.

Quiet, pickle sniffer.
The only way an LSx swap could NOT be made legal would be if the motor came from a truck/suv, e.g. LQ, LM, L33, etc.

Don't argue smog laws with me, Steve. You will not win.

Check for a intake leak after the maf. My freinds auto did the EXACT same thing. It was the bottom hose on the intake was off.
