I've been getting a lot of questions about the tune on the car. At the time the motor was being built I had planned to make 900+ horsepower on race fuel and methanol. During that process I found a house to buy and my priorities changed. I decided to sell the car and use that money to put into the house. Instead of having the car tuned on race fuel which is very expensive and would limit availability to potential buyers, I decided to have it tuned on 93 octane pump gas that anyone can get. As it sits, it runs excellent and is safe and reliable enough to drive anywhere you want to go. I specfically did not want to make a huge amount of power on a car I am trying to sell because that might scare some people off. A lot of the younger generation is interested in this car and a 900 horsepower rocket might not be the best idea for a kid learning to drive. Now, I'm not saying the car is underpowered, at all. Its ridiculously fast. Z06's, vipers, hellcat's, ferrari's, etc.. none of them stand a chance. Needless to say, the potential for this car is huge. With the right tire setup it could easily break 9's in the quarter mile. Its completely up to the buyer to decide how much power they want to make. As far as how much power it currently makes, I can't say for sure. The dyno it was tuned on was not reading the power and torque correctly. It was tuned on a smaller turbo in the past and made 460whp. Its faster now than its ever been and is easily at 500whp.

Hello everyone. It's been a while. I wanted to bring this thread back to life for a second and see if the car was still around or sold again or whatever. I've always wondered what shape it was in and how it was running. If you guys know of any way to get in touch with the new owner please mention it here, thanks.

Hey everybody, I didn't realize until recently that this thread is getting huge amounts of attention. It's showing up in google searches and links to pictures alllll over the internet. I looked at the total view count and saw its actually in 9th place of all time "for sale" views. Not that that matters, but it's an interesting point. All the youtube links have been updated and more videos have been added, check em' out!

Since you made an account just to ask about the car, I'll answer your questions. Poor grammar dosent make me very inclined to respond..
The final cash price came to 15,500. Started at 18,000 and had to sell in a hurry. |

you created a new zilvia account and have made 2 posts, both here in this thread, to ask about buying the car.... clearly you didn't read the big bold letter'ed post just above that states "the car has been sold!!!!" Why would you go to the trouble of filling out all the information boxes to make a forum account, when you could have easily found the answer you're looking for just a few posts up in bold letters?!?! That is mind boggling to me and would really like to hear your thought process, if any, for using the internet. Advice: not to be a dick, but if you're shopping for a car of that caliber in the future it would be in your best interest to represent yourself as someone who would be worth the time of negotiating a deal with. Even if I still had the car for sale, I wouldn't have replied to you at all. Good luck in finding whatever car you're looking for. |

Idk why you felt the need to go on this little rant all I asked is if u was still selling the car. I new to this app so I didn't see where it say that it was sold if so why would I ask [emoji848] And I don't see what was wrong with how I asked about your car I simply asked what was your price bc you already gave plenty of info about the car on zilvia. Then I gave u my number so we can discuss it further privately

Christ Almighty. Just FYI brah, if I was selling a car I cared enough for, bad grammar, obviously not reading posts, and the lack of effort to make a proper post alone would make sure I wouldn't be selling it to you. This ain't Craigslist.
OP good luck on the search, surely a for sale thread that somehow made it 7 pages over 3-4 years will sprout some leads.

Dude you have no idea how happy I am to see that! I've been dreaming about that thing for days. Seeing a straight body makes me feel good for knowing it's in good hands and is being taken care of. Even the same wheels and tires!! I'll send you a PM, we've got some catching up to do.
There's a link somewhere in this thread to the most recent post you remember seeing. Also, Congratulations on being the owner of the most viewed (un-locked) for sale thread in zilvia history. Look at the for sale section and sort by most views. |
