550 Denso setup

I was given these injectors in a box with my SR swap, I am trying to get them set up for a new turbo. My questions are:

Do I need to run the blue brackets?

Do I need an o-ring on the tip? I've seen some that have them and some that don't. The middle ring seems to be at the same level as the oem.

When I rewire these for the new plugs, are the wires/pins in the same orientation as factory?
