Sr20det oem main bolts question

Hey so I just got done rebuilding my sr20det but before i put the oil pans on I had one thing that was bothering me. My question is and Ive heard from some people that yes you can, but can the OEM main bolts be re-used? If so how many time? I re-used mine because I heard they are not TTY.

I looked in the fsm for Sr20det and it said 24-28ftlbs and then another 40-50 degrees after that

it was a multi step process
I referenced an s14 sr20det fsm
