TPS wiring KA24E

I have 3 wires - see the green circle where it says "2 wire plug".

The green/black wire I have connected to ground - I just grounded it the other day. But the wiring diagram shows it goes directly to the ECU.

What should the green/black be wired to? I do get an error code about the TPS.

are you an auto trans? cause those are for an automatic
i just checked the FSM and one goes to the tcu the other i lost in the diagram at a fuse and junction point so its provbably a voltage feed
they are closed throttle position switch and it looks like you only use 2 of the 3 wires and none of them should be grounded

but i just skimmed cause i didnt feel like printing off the wiring diagram and mapping it
