Melted Relay in Passenger Kick Panel

Hello Everyone,

I was welding in a patch for the floor in my 1995 S14 SE. Long story short a spark must have gone into the hole in the kick panel area and caught a rats nest on fire.

I was able to save the main chassis harness and everything, the only thing that appears to have gotten damaged was a blue relay inside that kick panel area.

Connected to the relay are a solid green wire, a green wire with a white stripe, a pink wire and a black wire. I attached a picture of the wires and the melted relay below.

I am hoping someone knows what this relay is for, and if there is somewhere I can buy a entire replacement that I can run the wires into. I tried looking at the EL section of the service guide and have not come up with anything.
