heim join spacers

I lost the heim join spacers (high missalignment spacer, heim insert, etc) with my suspension arm and am trying to locate replacements.

Apparently, they don't exist cause i've been striking out trying to locate them all over. I must be asking for the wrong thing

This is for my rear toe for S14. I lost 2 of them while in storage and can't fkn find them.

The heim join opening is 16mm (~5/8") and reduces to 12mm(~1/2") with the inserts for the bolt. Then it needs to be 50mm (~2") across once installed on the join.

THis is sort of what I need, but I need it to be longer when installed.

in the sizing chart in this link, I need the measurement of E=15mm, A=16mm, and G=12mm
http://www.midwestcontrol.com/series.php?id=126

apparently this is really hard to find. Has anyone have any luck finding replacement for these before?

I've been in the same situation. I don't think you'll be able to find a off the shelf solution for this, or you'll have to be really lucky. Since I'm in europe, I was able to order some from this website:

http://www.mcgillmotorsport.com/rod-...-metric/all/2/

http://www.mcgillmotorsport.com/rod-...ducers-metric/

Might give you some ideas for searching terms. But I think the best solution is to find some that are close to the sizes you're after and then fill up the rest with washers. Or find a friendly guy with a lathe and make some up for you, not too hard can't be too expensive.

I found replacement spacers for my heims but they look to be the same size as the s13 ones.

So now my stuff looks like this: http://zilvia.net/f/showpost.php?p=4508270&postcount=27

for those of you runninng s13 rear toe arms on your s13, did you just fill the gap with washers?

SPL used to sell them separately. Worth a call/email to see if they'll sell them to you.

Try here:

http://www.qa1.net/rod-ends-and-related/spacers

I looked on Aurora's website but couldn't find them. Maybe you can with more digging.

I also found a bunch more companies on Google by searching "rod end spacers", you can try that too.

thanks thats pretty much what I've been doing all week.

rod end spacers, heim spacers, high missalignment spacers, etc. I found a ton of sites that sell them, but can't find the size I need.

I got like 6 email threads going with 6 various sales guys trying to help me find the size, 4 of them confirmed they don't have it, i'm hoping the last 2 come through.

Still looking and appreciate the help

Gotcha, must be an odd-ball size.

How about the arm manufacturer? A machinist could probably turn some too, but they'd probably be half the cost of a new set of arms.
