But when i turn the key i get no power and the starter wont turnover. the accessorys work but thats it as for the engine i grounded the crap out of it and still nothing. I checked all fuse's and all grounds and plugs but yet still nothing. The dummy lights wont turn on and also the fuel pump dosent turn on. If your check engine light isnt coming on when you turn the key to the on posistion the ecu either isnt getting power or is junk. If you have access to another ecu try swapping them.

RB rb25 not cranking when turn the key to on

I am tired of this crap i turn the key numerous times iam not getting any crank i am trying to prime the motor but no response from the starter..The ecu light comes on steady red so it seems like its getting power. I got the harness from carl h couple of years ago now i am thinking about getting a new harness from wiring specialties... I changed relays its still the same..How many grounds should i have on the motor..what i have currently is the block grounded, intake manifold grounded, head ground on exhaust side to firewall. alternator ground, does the starter need a ground wire? or its just the power and the one wire connector
any help appreciated

I ended up getting mine started make sure that the cable going to the starter (not the power but the little black connector) is connected, check your f4 harness for any cuts near connector. Also check to make sure the power going to the starter is conected firmly, while doing this trace it and check where it conects to the fuse box and make sure that, that is also tight. Also if you have wire in or previously had a turbo timer ether depsose of the pos. or make sure that there is nothing there causing a shortage. Pretty much to sum it all up make sure all of your wires are intact and are conected properly and tight. Mine ended out being the ignition switch had a shortage due to the turbo timer harness. Also there is no ground for the starter.
