Need help on 240sx S14 Intake

I have recently bought a 95 240sx s14 and previous owner have installed an after market intake, however there are some missing hoses and wires that I have no clue what they are. Can someone please point out if it needs to be replaced, fixed or will cause problems. It is a KA motor and currently the check engine light is on due to intake problem.

I can't upload the pictures somehow so i posted it on Flickr, please take a look and let me know what the problems are.

that valve cover nipple goes back to intake tube. If you have no provisions you can temp leave it open or put a filter on it.

The picture with the yellow circle behind the driver's side headlight is the remaining components from someone removing the EVAP Charcoal Canister.
