Stock active speakers help

My speakers no longer have sound coming out with the factory active speakers. It does have extremely weak sound coming out if I turn it all the way up.

I know the answer is to get a new system but I have an extremely good reason to keep it stock. I think I can get new parts from Japan but it's going to cost an arm and leg but IMO worth it.

Will replacing the speakers work or is it just the amplifier? Need some inputs.

Are you using the stock head unit?
When my rear amp went out, I sourced the OEM plugs that go into the amps and made a bypass harness and kept the amps bolted in place. Then I had the aftermarket head unit do the amplification.

If you need to keep the stock head unit, bypass the amps and install an aftermarket inline amp under the seats or behind the rear seats.
