Bought a set of taillights for a 99 nissan maxima. It was on backorder and an email was sent notifying me if i would like to cancel or wait. When the taillights had got here they were damaged from the shipping (UPS). I had contacted Jose and he straightened everything out and sent me a new set without having to pay for return shipping and etc.. Although it did take some time with UPS, Jose had kept me informed of all actions going on.
