So it is raining really bad in CA right now. When I get out of class I go to my car and find a nice 3 inches of water in my spare tire compartment!!! I located the leak at the passenger side tail light seal. I cleaned off both surfaces, now I need to re-seal it.

What is the best product to use? (I want it to stay tacky like the original, not harden like M3 window weld.)
