To illustrate, this is my setup.
Front: R32 GT-R (Non-Vspec) 296mmx32mm rotors, R33 GTSt calipers, Z32 pads:
^^This^^ image shows the 32mm width of the GT-R rotor does not interfere with the R33 caliper.
Rear: R32 GT-R rotors, R33 GTSt calipers (same as R32/Z32), Z32 pads
