My tyres scrub/get stuck at anything more than about 3/4 lock, wipes off speed and chews tyre! Setup is:

17x9 -3 w 215/40 595 RS-R, -2.5 camber
17x9+10 w 215/45 zeta/rapid/jinyu etc don't know camber
slight pull and lots of hammering.
Heyman Knuckles
Front Sway disconnected, rear on stiff
Full cage/braces etc
8kg/6kg BC's

changing up to 17x9 & 18x10 avs 5 for next event.

You can see fair bit of smoke from fronts haha. Thoughts? More camber? Stiffer springs? Bigger Hammer? Raising is not an option!

CBF tubbing, still a street car.
When you say the frame rail under the strut tower....are you talking about the bottom rail that you can hit at full lock if you have enough angle? Like back where your LCA bolts to the subframe?

The only way to combat that is space the wheel out more, or make a bump stop for your knuckle so the wheel cannot turn that far.

As far as rubbing on your fenders, more camber will help that (as would pulling them out some with a fender roller/hammer), hooking up your front sway bar might help as well - to keep the car from rocking back and forth. I hate the way my car feels with no front sway bar.
